The sponsors for the September 15th, 2011 "Farmers Market at the Capitol" are:

This year's "Farmers Market at the Capitol" planning partners are:

Michigan Food & Farming Systems (MIFFS)
MIFFS has been involved with Select Michigan Day for the past three years, since it was first passed as a resolution in the House of Representatives. MIFFS has been celebrating and promoting the event and will have a booth at the August 4and September 15 markets in Lansing.

Michigan Farmers Market Association (MIFMA)
MIFMA is getting involved with the farmers market events throughout the state and encouraging farmers markets to promote the day and focus on Michigan-produced agricultural goods. MIFMA will also have a booth at both events.

Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD)
MDARD has been a strong supporter and partner in this work from the beginning and coordinated the markets in earlier years. Today, MDARD helps with publicity and planning.
